I graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a biology degree and then completed a graduate certificate in veterinary science from the University of Illinois college of veterinary medicine.
Before starting at Companion Norridge I worked in another small animal clinic for 2 years as a vet assistant. I also completed veterinary internships where I got to work with wildlife in Costa Rica and the Peruvian amazons, and then travelled to Zimbabwe and did volunteer work with small, large, and wild animals. My goal is to get accepted into vet school and become a veterinarian, but in the meantime, I hope to gain a lot of knowledge and experience.
I have 3 pets: a dog, a cat, and a lovebird. My hobbies are swimming, playing guitar, going to concerts, and travelling.
